- Matthew 7:1-2
- Luke 6:37-38
- Deuteronomy 15:7-8
There’s truth in this book that’ll change your life.
Judge not and you will not be judged. With the measure you use it’ll be measured back to you
It’s all about the heart. ’Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Four things we need to do if we are going to be generous givers:
• Luke 16:9-13 • 1 Timothy 6:10 • Proverbs 22:7 • Luke 16:10
What is Mammon?
• Mammon is looking for servants. • Mammon promises us provision only God can give us.
Is money evil?
• Money is not evil. Money is neutral. (1 Timothy 6:10)
What should I do with Mammon?
• Be a good steward. • Heaven is being populated and hell is being plundered by our giving.
Who are you going to thank when you get paid?
If Jesus himself said you ought to tithed, would you tithed? Sad part is that some of us would still have to think about it. (He did: Matthew 23:23)
Would you eat a restaurant and leave before paying the check? At church, you’re doing that after every service. Get feed, then leave.
If God is first in your life, everything else will come into order.
The firstborn must be sacrificed or redeemed.
The reason that you lost is because you touched what is mine.
The first fruits must be offered.
