I remember us driving to New Orleans, listening to the new Wiz album, so I could review it for my site. I don’t even like his music, but the album had just come out, so our trip was spent going through the songs and rating each one from 1 to 5.
When this new song, See You Again, came on just now, that whole trip to New Orleans flashed in front of me. The memory was silent, while See You Again was the soundtrack on top of it. We discussed the good songs, judged the bad ones, and laughed throughout the process.
It’s been a long day, without you my friend, and I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again. We’ve come a long way, from where we began. I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again.
It’s amazing how music can become a time machine.
It's simple: if you write your email address here, my words will reach you again.
