Tonight I’ll be finishing up the longest post I’ve ever written for my site (Update: here it is). I can’t wait to share it with you. It’s something I’ve been wanting to discuss for a long time; I even talk about my dad in it, who’s birthday was yesterday (I miss him so much).
I seem to be getting more consistent with my writing. I guess it’s like everything else in life: the more you work at it, the easier it’ll become to you. It’s almost effortless now for me to quickly write about a particular topic. I start writing, and without realizing it, hundreds of words have landed on the screen (this post was originally supposed to be a simple Facebook status, with just a few sentences, but here we are). I’m glad to finally be gaining traction with this craft that I’ve been working so hard at. If you’re passionate about something, stick with it. Even if it’s invisible to the world, personal growth is more important than any Facebook Like could ever be.
Speaking of traction, my site’s daily page views have tripled in the past two months. It means the world to me that people stop by to check out what I’ve been working on. It’s such an amazing feeling to watch the growth of something you’ve created from scratch. Thanks for sticking around.
